  Update: Much improved service since new manager has arrived. Will leave the old review as a reminder of how it was.
  
  Could do better. We bought a used 500 Twin Air back in March with our son who had just finished university. This is his first car and on the surface it seemed ok. It was a Stoneacre supplied car from new so we expected it to be good. However the service book and history was missing, the remote key was missing, the driver door handle came loose and almost dropped off, the locking wheel nut key was missing and both front tyres had slow punctures. These were eventually found or replaced but we had to do 50 mile trips each time for a resolution. We have now just had the exhaust fail where the centre box was rotten and its only available from Fiat at over £500. Our son paid for a specialist to make him a new exhaust for less. We then have had two more issues highlighted, the undertray is missing and the turbo has a faulty wastegate. We are awaiting a response from Stonegate re the repairs.
  Also my son is getting mailshots and phone calls from Stonegate offering other services. Luckily for him they have my mobile number and not his. But is is a right pain in the ****.
  
  If you do buy a used car from here just be prepared for the hard sell and undoubtedly something to disappoint you.
